Leadership learned from Jethro

Abraham's father-in-law is a great leader as described in Exodus 18:13-27

I learned that:

• Leader is able to see reality. Jethro saw the reality and advised Moses. How to see reality? From data, look outside the box, and through silent time with God.

Being a leader

• is not about making oneself more powerful, but the people around you more powerful.
• Connect diverse people together.
• Provide direction.
